Usage Notifications

DeVoteD sends out usage notification when a customer reaches 50%, 85% and 100% of the included data / phone allowance for all capped plan. These notifications are sent out to the customer’s nominated email address or mobile phone via SMS.

These notifications are sent out within 48 hours of reaching 50%, 85% and 100% of the included data allowance.

These notifications are free of charge and there is no opt-out option available for these notifications.

Usage monitoring and unbilled usage

Through the DeVoteD “My Account” portal, customers can view their data usage, phone usage, past and current invoices and any unbilled charges for their phone services.

The data usage shown on the website is updated every 24 hours with the information for the previous day. Phone usage and charges are updated at least once every 24 hours in the Phone Usage section of the portal. There is a maximum delay of 48 hours for the data to be updated.


DeVoteD does not charge excess fees for going over the allocated data allowance limit. All plans are shaped to a lower speed once the data allowance is exceeded.
